How long does it take?
Most orders are returned within 24 hours. Special care items may take 48 hours.
When do I pay?
After cleaning. We send an invoice for you to review before charging.
What bags should I use?
Any bag works! We'll provide Noon bags on first pickup for future orders.
What if something is damaged?
We cover up to 10x the cleaning cost per item. Contact support within 48 hours.
